AL BAHA CITY CENTER located on a triangular-shaped land. Benefit from being surrounded by roads from all sides, providing a full view of the site.
A modern design with strong character that is revealed by using contrast finishing, metallic perforated facades, wide openings with black and wooden cladding.
Wide pedestrian walkway and roof terraces are adorned with greenery, landscaping elements, and modern sitting spaces, creating a friendly interactive space.
Benefit from the land location, which is surrounded by roads from the main three sides, this upcoming shopping square designed to be featured from surrounding streets with easy access to all its elements.
A modern, elegant, all time design using sophisticated colors, wide openings, and random patterns used in shades & floorings. Linear strip greenery plants within pedestrian walkway, roof Garden, and terraces introduce life and nature to the project.

The red sea development reflects unique luxury tourism destination that will embrace nature. Our challenge was to design the main office – VIP sector reflecting the company main approach.
Inspired from the stunning site, mixing natural rocks, geode pattern elements and dynamic outlines to create an outstanding space.
At Reception ; A formal luxury – hotel style reception was created to be iconic master peace, tailored to reflect all about the red sea development company, using of a worm material palette, including travertine stone flooring, wood panels and an exceptional reception desk made of blue onyx marble set Infront of a twisted mish fabric panels creating a dynamic backwall reflecting transparency and movement.

VIP sector that was designed in a luxury high end materials and finishing details, using open book natural marble wall cladding, wooden panels, and upholster wall panels with brushed bronze finishes embracing, offer the ultimate experience to the VIP clients.
