Special emphasis was laid on creating a contemporary luxurious space including chairman main office, boardroom to fit 22 guests, and lounge area which would be used primarily to meet high-profile guests.

Elements like marble flooring, large rug, wood wall panels , and 3d decorative wall panels were added to the design to create a lasting impression on guests.
